According to the Government of Singapore, there is a Goods and Services Tax for all goods imported to Singapore, which includes overseas goods bought in online shopping. There is a GST relief for goods with a CIF value of S$400 or below. However, there are some exceptional cases. The customs have the final decision on how to assess duty and tax.
