If the retailer does not provide you with a tracking number or the parcel is sent out without a tracking number, you will not be able to declare at that moment.
If the information of shipping address and receiver (with your Member ID) are correct during your online shopping, Buy&Ship will send you an email notification regarding the parcel declaration when your parcel is arrived at our oversea warehouse. In that email, there will be a tracking number of your parcel. Please go to "Member Centre > My Shipment" to declare your parcel immediately.
Any parcel without a proper declaration can be stored at our warehouse for 30 days for free and it will be discarded without further notice after the 30 days.
