In general, there are 4 stages for each proxy shopping request.
1. Requested
- We'll review your request in 24-48 hours to make sure that we have the right information to make the purchase.
2. Ready to pay
- This means we've approved your request and it's ready for payment.
- Before making the payment, double-check the request details as you won't be able to make changes afterwards.
3. In progress
- After the payment is made, the team will go ahead with your request and make the purchase for your items ASAP.
- You'll get an email when the item is purchased.
4. Purchased
- We'll provide a tracking number on the order details after the seller sends the items out.
- You can track the shipping status of your items by clicking on the tracking number.
Other: Cancelled
- This usually means we didn't receive enough information or your item is on our Forbidden Items list.
